Leo Lawton

Leo Lawton is a record label manager, music publicist and freelance music journalist based in London. He began his career as an intern at Universal music in 2019 whilst scouting bands for producer Dan Carey’s legendary Speedy Wunderground label (Black Midi, Squid, Black Country, New Road). Later, he started writing for tastemaker publication So Young Magazine, before also picking up the pen for Loud and Quiet Magazine and NME. He currently works at Lewis Recordings (home to Skinshape, Edan etc), and helps direct a press and radio promotions company, Three Pin PR (Now-Again Records, Madlib Invazion, Big Crown Records & more).
