Henry has worked in neighbouring rights for 15 years and has been managing global collections for Warp Records since 2018. He founded SoundAct, a neighbouring rights consultancy, in 2019 with Kerry Adams and Sam Comley, both former senior managers at PPL. SoundAct empowers labels, artists and their representatives to take direct control of their neighbouring rights collections.

Previously, Henry established and managed Domino’s neighbouring rights agency, Double Six Rights Management, after a stint at an indie publisher handling neighbouring rights alongside copyright and licensing responsibilities.
