Passionate, experienced, and relentless—Twinky is a true music industry powerhouse. With a track record spanning major labels, strategic music marketing and retail, licensing, publishing, and artist management, she has spent her career championing talent and forging strategic bridges across the global music landscape.

As co-founder of the award-winning Elements Music Camp, Twinky helped launch some of the Philippines' biggest acts, including Spotify PH’s top streaming artists Ben&Ben (Sony Music), and Moira Dela Torre (UMG), to name a few.

Today, as Senior Manager for A&R and Client Development for Southeast Asia at Symphonic Distribution, she drives a powerful two-way cross-border bridge—exporting independent Asian creators to the world while breaking international acts into Asia through strategic partnerships, education, and market development.

Her impact extends far beyond music strategy. Twinky actively shapes the future of the creative economy, collaborating with Congress and the Senate to advance cultural policy—including her key role in passing the landmark Creative Industries Development Act. She also mentors the next generation of industry leaders, teaching the Business of Music at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
