Sam Comley

Sam Comley co-founded neighbouring rights consultancy SoundAct in 2019 to provide independent neighbouring rights advice and bespoke, long-term revenue collection solutions to artists, labels and their representatives. He is also co-founder of Cactus, the first end-to-end neighbouring rights management platform designed for all creators regardless of commercial success or socio-economic background. After years managing bands, promoting gigs and running a label, Sam completed an MA in Music Industry Management and has worked specifically in the neighbouring rights sector since 2012.
