Nicola Hedden

Nicola Hedden is the Senior Creative Director at Peermusic, the global independent neighbouring rights company representing some of the world's leading artists and labels. She brings 13 years of experience in neighbouring rights, including previous roles in licensing and membership management at PPL and helping establish the label NR business at Kollective NR. She combines deal-making with artists and independent labels alongside client strategy and operational improvements, bringing a blend of strategic oversight and deep industry insight to conversations about the future of neighbouring rights.
