Matthieu Philibert is Director of Public Affairs at IMPALA – the European Association of Independent Music Companies – which he joined in 2011. On behalf of IMPALA, he takes part in discussions with the EU institutions in Brussels across a number of issues: copyright, competition, access to finance, streaming, EU programmes, AI, etc. Matthieu is also in charge of coordinating IMPALA’s working groups on copyright, on collective management organisations, on finance and on the EU’s RAAP ruling.
