"Music is not just a profession and a job for me—it's my life and destiny."

Viktor Kasamov is an entrepreneur, producer, and manager in the music and television business with over 37 years of experience. His destiny intertwined with music back in 1985 when he became a professional DJ. In 1987, he established his first recording studio in Kyustendil.

After the changes in 1989, he and his brother Nencho Kasamov were among the first to launch a private business under the Kasamov brand, with eight different activities in Kyustendil. In 1994, they founded the publishing company Ara Audio-Video in Sofia, which for nine years was the first exclusive licensee of the giant BMG.

In 1997, they established the production and management companies Ara Music and Diapason Records. The two also created the music television channels Fen TV, Balkanika Music Television, Folklor TV, Fen Folk TV, and BG Music Channel.

They are pioneers and advocates for the legal music business in Bulgaria. Their companies, which have established themselves as market leaders, have launched the careers of some of the biggest names in the music scene in the country. The television channels have long been among the most preferred, not only in Bulgaria but also beyond its borders.

He is a founder, board member, and former chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Music Producers (BAMP), as well as a member of the collective rights management organization PROPHON. He is among the founders and a former board member of the Association of Independent Music Publishers and Producers (ANMIP).

For over 30 years, he has organized various large-scale events in the country. He takes particular pride in the Balkan Music Awards held at Alexander I Square in Sofia, which were created by their idea, produced by them, and managed the entire organization, as well as the inception of the Children's Pirin Folk in Sandanski.
