In 1995, Sepalot co-founded the German hip hop band "Blumentopf," contributing to seven studio albums, including several Top 10 hits in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, until their disbandment in 2016.

Simultaneously, he launched his solo career under the name "Sepalot," producing eight albums that showcase his evolution and depth as an artist. His work extends beyond personal projects, having produced tracks for international artists across diverse locations from Detroit to Los Angeles and New Zealand, including a platinum single for Ladi6 titled "Like Water."

His role in Blumentopf went beyond performance; he managed band organization and navigated the complexities of the music business, gaining invaluable insights into both the artistic and operational sides of the industry.
