Neighbouring Rights Manager at [PIAS] / [Integral]
Luis leads the Neighbouring Rights department at the [PIAS] Group. Originally from Spain and now based in London, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of the neighbouring rights team and ensuring an efficient workflow in the registration of repertoire and collection of revenues. [PIAS] was co-founded in Brussels in 1982 by Kenny Gates and Michel Lambot and went to become one of the largest independent record labels and label services provider in the world. With headquarters in London and Brussels, [PIAS] operates 16 offices globally and employs over 300 people. [PIAS]'s mission is to champion and support the best independent music across an unrivalled international marketing and distribution network. [PIAS] is home to labels like [PIAS] Recordings, Play It Again Sam and [PIAS] Électronique, as well as a partner of other well-established independent labels like Mute, ATO, Heavenly, Transgressive and Speedy Wunderground. The Group also includes renowned classical music label harmonia mundi and distribution services company [Integral].
Before joining [PIAS], Luis worked in Kobalt Neighbouring Rights’ Society Relations team, where he managed performers' neighbouring rights income across various CMOs worldwide. KNR is the largest global administrator of neighbouring rights and represents some of the industry's most notable artists.
