Davor Drezga
We Move Music Croatia, SHIP, HR
Davor's professional journey in the music industry began after earning a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Over the past twenty years, he has gained extensive experience as a music journalist and editor, working across print, TV, and web platforms, as well as in public relations for music, film, and theatre festivals, and non-profit organizations. This diverse background has proven invaluable in his subsequent roles, including six years as an A&R in discography, during which he was honored with two Porin Music Awards. Currently, he serves as the general secretary of Unison, the umbrella association of Croatian Music Associations, and as the Executive Director of the Porin Music Award. Additionally, he manages the independent music journalism awards Rock&Off and Elector, co-founded the Croatian Music Export Office (WMMC), and is the CEO of the SHIP showcase festival. In his spare time, he runs a small record label and music festival, Mudri Brk, with his spouse.
