Slicer is a bedroom noise rock project from Sofia, Bulgaria, founded by surfa (Lou Iliev), Martin Mundrov, troqnnko* (Yan Stoyanov). Blending lo-fi aesthetics, jagged sonics, and analog visuals, the trio brings a fiercely DIY spirit to both their sound and image.
After completing an album with their previous band Blok13, the members took a sharp creative turn—diving deep into tape-based recording, obsolete video equipment, and experimental performance art. Slicer can be described as a glitching installation, rooted in the alternative scene but aimed far beyond the local underground.
Their upcoming single “Drink Your Blood” was recorded during a spontaneous creative trip to London and showcases their evolving raw, chaotic, and emotionally charged sound.
