Rumyana is Managing Director of Schubert Music Publishing Bulgaria, following three years serving as Operations Manager at the company. She brings 18 years of expertise in music publishing, copyright management, and international licensing.

In Bulgaria, Schubert Music Publishing is the sub-publisher for Warner Chappell Music, as well as many leading independents, including Kobalt, Concord, Peer, and Wise. The company also represents production music catalogues such as WCPM and continues to develop its own original production music catalogue, expanding opportunities for synchronization and media use.

Rumyana’s earlier career includes leadership roles at Musicautor, where she directed digital licensing and rights optimization initiatives, and at the Bulgarian sub-publisher of Universal Music Publishing, where she managed licensing and rights administration. With academic degrees in Economics of Intellectual Property and Finance, she combines deep industry knowledge with strategic leadership.

She is particularly engaged in synchronization licensing, helping to create new opportunities for rights holders and media partners. Beyond her professional work, Rumyana is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and an advocate for personal and professional development.
