Roxana Luca is an experienced events professional who began her career in 2006. She has delivered major projects from concept to execution, including Pope Francis’ visit to Blaj, Romania, as well as international productions for ARTmania, Emagic, Pozitif Live, and other promoters.

Combining production expertise with crowd management, she is a trusted member of numerous European event teams.

Roxana joined the YES Group in 2014 and has served on its board since 2024.

Most recently, together with the Timișoara Project Center team, they won the Event Safety Award at the ESNS Festival Awards held in 2025 for their work at the closing ceremony of Timișoara – European Capital of Culture.
