With over two decades of experience in the music industry, he has held various roles, including manager, sound engineer, producer, and label owner. He founded the 420 Production & My Se Ozvem agencies. He is also a founding member of the Music Managers Forum Czech Republic and has served as its chairman twice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he actively engaged with the Czech government to address restrictions and provide support for the live music scene. Since 2021, he has co-organized the annual ReConnect music conference in Brno with SoundCzech.

As a manager, he has collaborated with renowned artists in the global electronic and pop music scenes. He played a pivotal role in the success of the Mydy Rabycad band, which has toured 20 countries across four continents. He demonstrates the same level of dedication and care for his team, including the increasingly respected artists Aiko, Vesna, Noisy Pots, badfocus, Undo Redo, and others. He actively participates in numerous international conferences, congresses, and showcase festivals, where he monitors and represents the interests of the Czech modern and alternative music scene on a global scale.

In 2024, he was elected as a vice president of the World Music Managers Association (IMMF).
