Natasha Padabed is an agent, festival programmer, music program curator, concerts and events promoter.

More Zvukov Agency is her one person music booking agency. It was established in the Netherlands in 2001 and since 2019 it's based in Berlin Germany. Innitially More Zvukov Agency was specialised in Russian, Ukrainian and Belarussian artists and managed their booking and management in all Europe and ocasinally in Asia and the USA. Later it broaden the georgaphy of artists from Portugal to Lithuania and from the USA to Indonesia. In more than 20 years Natash helped with the international career to about 50 artists.

Current roster includes Vtoroi Ka (Kyrgyzstan), Pankisi Ensemble (Georgia), Ivo Dimchev (Bulgaria), The Allegorist (Hungary/Germany), STOLEN (China), Taiga (China), RunRabbitRun (China), Elizabete Balcus (Latvia).

Natasha worked on music programs as an invited curator at Worldtronics festival in Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin (2010), Sonar Barcelona Spain (2011), Avant Art festival in Wroclaw (2013), Manifesta 10 festival Night at the Hermitage in St.Petersburg (2014).

Natasha was a producer and program curator of the Dutch Days in Gorky park Moscow during the Netherlands-Russia 2013 Bilateral Year.

Natasha was a jury member of WOMEX showcase festival in 2014.

Natasha was a speaker at the conferences ESNS The Netherlands, MENT Slovenia, Tallinn Music Week Estonia, WOMEX Spain, Monkey Week Spain, Linecheck Italy, Pop-Kultur Germany, What's Next in Music Lithuania, Moscow Music Week Russia and others.

In 2001-2020 Natasha worked as a program director of the oldest Russian contemporary music festival SKIF (Sergey Kuryokhin International Festival), electronic music festival Electro-Mechanica and the world music festival Ethomechanica in Saint-Petersburg Russia. All organised by the Sergey Kuryokhin Modern Art Center.
