Malle Kaas is based in DK-Copenhagen, and is the CEO of Women In Live Music (WILM). Malle has worked as a sound engineer in the live event industry for over 2 decades in Denmark and internationally for bands, festivals, venues and rental companies.

In 2018 she co-founded WILM together with Hannah Brodrick. WILM is a European organisation with focus on people working backstage.

Besides being a sound engineer and leading the daily operation of WILM, Malle also finds time to freelance as a certified nurse anaesthetist around the scandinavian countries.

Women In Live Music (WILM) is a European organisation for women and like-minded peers working backstage in Production, Logistics and Technic. The organisation was founded Dec.2017 and consists of more than 7.500 members. The agenda for WILM is to increase diversity backstage through visibility, networking and optimization of working skills.
