Josh Holland leads YouTube's strategic partnerships and business development with music labels across key emerging markets, including the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), and Turkey. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth and forging powerful connections between YouTube and its music partners.
With over six years at the company, Josh has managed relationships with hundreds of independent labels, negotiated complex, large-scale content deals, and stewarded crucial licensing agreements with top partners. His work has also included executing global campaigns for world-renowned artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Ed Sheeran, and Coldplay.
Before joining YouTube, Josh built a comprehensive music industry background with experience at major and independent record labels, in artist management, and as a music supervisor in sync licensing.
