Now, she’s the Founder of Hart & Songs – an artist and rights management firm based in Nashville, TN, dedicated to championing artist teams and companies behind the scenes in bolstering their backend processes, ensuring proper registration practices, implementing effective metadata admin, and providing collection transparency across the board. She also currently consults for Notes, a music royalties startup simplifying royalties for all.

On top of Hart & Songs, Jamie serves on the Board of Directors for We Make Noise, advises UCLA’s student record label, and conducts workshops at universities regularly.
