Elie Low, the head of the International Festivals department at UTA, a leading global talent, entertainment, and sports company based in London, has made remarkable strides since joining the company in 2018 as an assistant in the Music Touring department. Under his leadership, UTA launched its International Festival department in 2023. In his current role, Low oversees the department’s growth and development, managing international festival strategy, information flow, and execution for the agency’s global music roster.

Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Low grew up between Belgium and the United States before relocating to London in late 2015. His international background has shaped his dynamic approach to the global live music industry, where he manages crucial relationships with festival bookers, artist managers, and clients across various territories.
