Currently, he is a Senior Promoter at London-based Serious Events, the parent company of the iconic London Jazz Festival, among other high-profile events.

Baris has held key roles at renowned organizations including TEG Live Europe, All Things Live, and Pozitif Live, where he successfully coordinated and promoted numerous large-scale events and tours across Europe. His career highlights include promoting iconic artists such as Amy Winehouse, Metallica, Rihanna, Motörhead, the Chemical Brothers, Iron Maiden, Bob Dylan, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as programming significant festivals like Sziget, EXIT, and the London Jazz Festival.
