Anton's journey in the music industry began with stints at German indie labels Sinnbus and Morr Music, along with roles as a project manager for Initiative Musik and Sound Diplomacy. In 2015, he founded Mansions and Millions, which later won the award for Best German label at the VUT Indie Awards. Co-founding the management agency A-Okay in 2020 with Amande Dagod, the agency represents acts such as Meagre Martin, Albertine Sarges, Better Person, and Discovery Zone. In 2024 A-Okay launched Fortune Teller, an export focused consulting program for Berlin-based artists looking to build an international career.
