Anke Behlert is a music journalist, author and radio/podcast host. Starting out at Leipzig‘s university radio station mephisto 97.6, where she was head of the music department, Anke later worked as a freelance author for Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk, Südwestrundfunk and Deutschlandfunk Kultur. Since 2013 she has co-hosted several music podcasts for online radio station detektor.fm and has been a regular contributor and presenter for Deutschlandfunk‘s weekly music programmes „Rock et cetera“ and „Spielraum“ since 2019. She loves doing interviews and picking her favourite artists‘ brains.
