Anika Mottershaw is A&R and Project Manager at Bella Union where they have worked for the past fifteen years. Anika started at Bella Union after moving to London, dropping out from university and meeting label founder Simon Raymonde at gigs around the city. Not long after this, Anika became Label Assistant, signing their first artist in 2012. They now work as A&R and project manage half of the roster, working closely with the Bella Union artists. Outside of the label Anika is a huge fan of art, film and experimenting with modular synthesis and electronics.
