Andrej Sevšek is a renowned Slovenian music promoter and cultural organizer who has been shaping the local and European live music landscape for nearly three decades. He serves as the Assistant Director for the Music Programme at Kino Šiška Centre for Urban Culture in Ljubljana, where he curates and produces a wide array of concerts and music events, ensuring Kino Šiška’s standing as Slovenia’s leading contemporary music venue. Sevšek is also the founder and promoter of Punk Rock Holiday, one of Europe’s most respected punk festivals, celebrated since 2011 in Tolmin for its unique “no barrier” policy and close artist–audience connection. Before joining Kino Šiška, he worked as a promoter and booker at Gala Hala, the renowned club within Ljubljana’s Metelkova cultural centre.
