Andra Rotariu is an artist manager and founder of CORE Agency, a boutique management and booking agency based in Bucharest. She works with a select roster of Romanian artists—Valeria Stoica, Mădălina Pavăl, Musspell, Cireșan, and Armand Popa—focusing on career development, international touring, and strategic positioning.
She is also part of the booking team at Control Club, one of the region’s most respected venues for alternative and cutting-edge music. Through her role there, Andra contributes to international projects such as Europavox, Ukrainian Music Lab, and Road Trip, promoting cross-border circulation for emerging European talent.
With deep roots in the Eastern European music scene and a hands-on, independent approach, she brings valuable insight into artist development, grassroots strategies, and building bridges between local scenes and global platforms.
