Alexa Niculae is a multifaceted performer whose career spans music contests, Eurovision songwriting, musical theatre, television and live presenting. With a background in journalism and formal acting training, she blends vocal artistry and lyrical creativity.
Her standout projects include Eurovision contributions such as co-writing the song that represented Romania in 2017 at the international finale. “Yodel it” performed by Ilinca and Alex Florea took home 7th place but got the highest score the country ever had so far in the competition.
As a CLIP Champion, Alexa is raising awareness on music creators' rights through “Creators Learn Intellectual Property” (CLIP), a platform managed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a United Nations agency.
