During the last 10 years I`ve had the chance to work with some of the biggest companies in the world (labels, puhlishers, agencies) as an artist manager from a small country - Sire Records (Warner), Sony Music, Universal, EMI, BMG, United Talent Agency, Live Nation & others. A band I work with – Ewert and The Two Dragons – has toured in Europe and US and their music has been licenced to big advertising & movie projects.

Albums I´ve worked with over the past decade as an executive producer have won 18 Estonian Music Awards (incl three "Album of the Year" awards).

I´ve been a panelist & moderator at various different music business seminars, among them Tallinn Music Week, Eurosonic, MIDEM and MaMA.
