Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Slavic Literature from the University of Lille (France), where he has been teaching the History of Central and Eastern Europe for 6 years. He has been working in the field of cultural diplomacy for more than 12 years, among which 5 at the Centre for Fine Arts Brussels (Bozar). At Bozar, Jeremy overviews transversal projects related with EU neighbouring countries (Nordics, Eastern Partnership, Western Balkans) and the Presidencies of the Council of the EU, in a perspective driven by international cultural relations, both on bilateral and multilateral levels.
